Speaker: James Collins
Topic: the Fist of Agility
"Agile techniques can provide many benefits, but only if they are applied consistently by team members. What are the best ways to ensure adoption? When is coercion the best tool to use? What are the alternatives to mandates?"
Time: 6-8 pm
No cost. Food is provided.
Location: Usual place - CPCC West Campus.
Topic:
James will talk on "the Fist of Agility". Despite (or perhaps because of) his calm demeanor, James is into martial arts.
I think this will include some of his local war stories from Wells/Wachovia.
