Details
Hi all-
These folks are doing a great job of answering questions on our message board. Even though there is a fee and they aren't locals, let's support them by putting them on our calendar... Having a training job is hard work and the travel is tough! Finding time to answer messages on a user group takes a lot of effort.
Please note that this is a post for commercial services because they support our community by being on our message board. There are other regularly scheduled monthly meetups for this group.

I have worked with Michelle before and she is an excellent instructor and facilitator - Bob Sarni
This public workshop provides attendees with an overview of the Scrum methodology and how to apply Scrum practices in software development teams. Delivered by Michele Sliger and Doug Shimp, experienced ScrumMasters and prominent Agile community contributors, this course explains the Scrum basics such as managing the product backlog, planning the sprint, tracking and reporting progress through the use of burndown charts, and reviewing the sprint. Advanced topics such as user stories, estimating using story points, and scaling are also included. Following the successful completion of the course, each participant will be designated as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). This certification includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where exclusive ScrumMaster-only material and information are available.
