Hello,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I need an experienced Agile project manager asap. Opensource (Ruby) background is preferred but not necessary. Job Summary:
The incumbent in this position is a seasoned Project Manager or Web Development Manager with recent experience managing the Software Development Lifecycle using the Agile/SCRUM methodology. He/she is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle from requirements gathering through product delivery and support. He/she will interface with Director of Architecture to evaluate and recommend staffing needs for specific projects . He/she will be very familiar with company best practices in the Agile Methodology and ensure adherence to these best practices across all assigned projects. He/she will also help define development standards and practices for use across the development organization.

Essential Functions:

• Manage development of Project plans with focus on achievement of project goals and corporate Initiatives, such as improvement in on-time delivery (OTD)
• Coaching and mentoring Agile team members.
• Align and communicate product, project and organizational capabilities with the customer/market/feature Requirements.
• Work with stakeholders & technical staff to author user stories in accordance with established standards
• Provide guidance on team activity through leadership and Support towards goals
• Achieve project goals while being aware of and sensitive to the overall business goals
• Track and report status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis
• Recognize potential problem areas against the plan and identifies and implements alternative solutions.
• Manage change control processes and is responsible for overall project execution
• Good organization and communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Hands-on experience with any of the following is a definite plus:

• Experience with Agile Project Management tools (e.g. Rallydev, Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp, etc.)
• Experience with Agile Project Collaboration tools (e.g Mingle, etc.)
