"Iterating towards Agile". The purpose of this presentation is to
provide the audience with some practices that you can apply to make your
current development process more Agile. The presenter will provide 3 or
4 case studies of adopting Agile practices. The audience will split up
into small groups and discuss practices that would be appropriate for
their specific situation.

Meeting Location

The location is right off of Ashford Dunwoody in the Ravinia office complex. From I-285 E/W take the Ashford Dunwoody exit, and go north. Turn east onto Ravinia drive just north of the interstate. You will pass the Crown Plaza hotel on the left, take the next left at the Ravinia Club sign. The entrance to Building 3 will be on your right. Go straight past the Building 3 entrance and park in the garage directly ahead.

The building is secured so we will meet in the Building Three lobby and go upstairs as a group at 6:25 sharp - there is a set of couches between the security desk and the garden area just inside the main entrance. Please let me know if you will arrive after 6:25 so we can arrange to have someone meet you and bring you upstairs.
